About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team at H M T T R U C K S A L E S C E N T R E L T D. as a Mechanic Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and trucks.
  • Operate and Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Signal Safety Procedures to other workers and the general public, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Support Tradespersons and other workers as directed, providing assistance with tasks and projects.
  • Clean and Maintain machines and work areas, adhering to company standards.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, exposed to various weather conditions, including heat, dust, and noise.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Dependability, Organized, Reliability, Team Player skills are essential.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
