About the Role:

The Senior Media Manager will be accountable for identifying, building, and managing digital media capabilities and go-to-market strategies that fuel media-driven growth. You will work closely with our Canadian brand teams, North American and Global media teams, and local agency and media partners to develop and implement effective media plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute media strategies that drive business growth and ROI
  • Build and manage digital media capabilities and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement media plans
  • Provide thought leadership in media analytics and measurement
  • Lead the development of new analytics approaches and capabilities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' professional experience in media analytics, measurement, and optimization
  • Strong data and analytic skills, including data manipulation tools and business intelligence tools
  • Proven skills in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Agility and bias for action
