Position: Trauma Support Consultant
Location: Remote opportunities available
Type: Independent Contractor
Role Overview:
As a Trauma Support Consultant, you will deliver group crisis intervention services to our corporate clients, working independently to provide essential support during critical incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group crisis intervention sessions for organizational clients;
- Travel to various locations as required;
- Handle administrative tasks as outlined by LifeWorks' Trauma Support division.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work;
- Registered with a relevant professional body and possess valid professional liability insurance;
- Certification in CISM, CISD, or EMDR is preferred;
- Experience in conducting group debriefings or counselling sessions;
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in corporate settings;
- Willingness to adapt to client needs.
