- Evaluate, select, specify, and engineer systems or products tailored to project needs.
- Conduct a variety of complex tasks, including calculations, fieldwork, and coordination of tasks and personnel.
- Analyze proposed projects to ensure reliability, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Engage in the development of design through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
Project Coordination:
- Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and external stakeholders.
- Participate in client project requirement meetings, value analysis, and cost estimating.
- Assist in the approval and permitting process, which may involve liaising with clients and regulatory agencies.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor junior team members, delegating tasks as appropriate.
- Support senior engineers in developing and managing project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and revise documentation across various civil phases, including site plans and utility profiles.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, legal, and design requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and engineering model software is preferred.
