Overview:

As a Territory Manager within the Central Nervous System sector at Organon, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health outcomes of patients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional healthcare experiences while achieving sales targets. Reporting directly to the Commercial Associate Director, you will leverage your expertise to foster strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective engagement with customers and impactful product demonstrations.
  • Formulate and execute territory business strategies while monitoring performance metrics to ensure sales success.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to implement strategic initiatives and gather valuable customer insights.
  • Exhibit excellent communication abilities and a strong understanding of business dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory is essential.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly within the CNS field.
  • Familiarity with Patient Support Programs is advantageous.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
