About the Role:
The position of Territory Manager is pivotal in driving sales and achieving business targets for our Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolio. This role reports directly to the Commercial Associate Director and focuses on maximizing the impact of our products within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance by cultivating robust relationships with healthcare professionals and effectively showcasing our offerings.
- Formulate and execute territory-specific business strategies while monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and gather valuable insights from customers.
- Foster a workplace culture that promotes inclusivity, employee engagement, and innovative thinking.
Essential Skills:
- Strong strategic planning capabilities and ability to work across different functions.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
