The Faculty of Business at the University of New Brunswick is a world-class institution that offers innovative undergraduate degree programs in Applied Management and Business Administration, as well as a competitive MBA program. Our programs are recognized for quality and consistency in producing future business leaders, and we have AACSB accreditation and a 1:17 faculty to student ratio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Faculty of Business through the continued implementation of its strategic plan.
  • Work consultatively to advance endeavors in teaching and learning, research and discovery, and community engagement.
  • Enhance student experience and success, attract and retain an exceptional faculty complement, and play a central role in supporting the Faculty and the University's commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.
  • Shape the future of the University of New Brunswick Saint John.

  • A highly collegial and consultative leader with a distinguished academic record.
  • A passion for building and delivering high-quality student-centered programs.
  • An understanding of the opportunities possible for a business school and small campus environment.
  • An experienced administrator who is deeply process-oriented and eligible for appointment as a Full Professor at UNB.
  • A natural and strong developer of internal talent, who motivates and supports others in pursuit of their own endeavors.
  • A global perspective and the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships within the institution and in the broader regional, national, and international communities.
