In essence, we act as the intermediary between clients and operators. Our clientele includes affluent individuals, Fortune 500 corporations, governmental bodies, humanitarian organizations, as well as sports and entertainment entities.

As Private Aviation Sales Advisors, we oversee the entire travel and sales process, ensuring that our clients can focus solely on their journey. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and make a concerted effort to guarantee a successful charter experience for your clients.

ACS Montreal is on the lookout for a candidate with demonstrated experience and skills in delivering value through customer service, along with the ability to cultivate enduring client relationships.

A DAY IN THE ROLE

  • Develop your potential client list by researching various databases, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Proactively engage your list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both in-person and virtual) to convert prospects into ACS clients.
  • Establish relationships with private jet operators to ensure we can offer the most suitable aircraft options for our clients' needs.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Consistently exceed your sales and revenue targets.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures to protect both ACS and the client.
  • Exhibit a thorough understanding of the chartering process and various aircraft.
  • Manage charter bookings from inquiry to flight completion.
  • Monitor flights and oversee departures.
  • Build a broad and effective network of contacts within and outside the organization.
  • Make prompt and clear decisions, which may involve challenging choices or calculated risks.
