Job Summary:
Nour Private Wealth is seeking an experienced investment advisor to join our team of financial services professionals. As an investment advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality investment advice and services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide investment advice and services to clients, including portfolio management and investment research.
- Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies for clients.
- Prepare and present investment reports and recommendations to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, objectivity, and expertise in all interactions with clients.
- Facilitate and resolve client service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Apply knowledge of operational processes and customer service standards to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Work independently and effectively to prepare all necessary documents for client meetings.
- Manage confidential client information in a responsible and secure manner.
- Support the investment advisor in daily tasks, including calendar management and correspondence.
- Prepare client account opening forms and other necessary documents.
- Interact with clients in person and by phone to provide exceptional customer service.
- Review and process client year-end tax forms.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the investment advisor.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in investment services or a related field.
- Experience in managing diversified portfolios with ETFs, mutual funds, and individual securities.
- Ability to attract new clients.
- Knowledge of Dataphile, Morningstar, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced organizational skills, including calendar management and planning.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- LLQP certification an asset.
- Fluency in French and English.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience and market standards.
Work Type:
Full-time.
