Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRJ-200 First Officer to join our Flight Operations team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our CRJ fleet, supporting our overseas bases throughout Africa and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities- Operate as the Second-in-Command on company aircraft and provide support to the Pilot-in-Command.
- Ensure parameters for operational control are maintained throughout flights.
- Maintain on-time performance and accomplish flight objectives.
- Safely operate company aircraft, ensuring the security of the passengers, crew, aircraft, and cargo.
- Liaise with the Pilot-in-Command, Voyageur's Dispatch department, ATC, FSS, and customers.
- Ensure all necessary maps, charts, and navigation equipment are readily available on the aircraft.
- Maintain qualifications required to crew CRJ aircraft.
- Actively participate in safety briefings and utilize Voyageur's Safety and Risk Management system.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, air regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Complete all required operational paperwork as needed.
- Possess a valid CPL or ATPL.
- CL65 Type Rating.
- Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time.
- Minimum 750 hours Pilot-in-Command time.
- Minimum 300 hours of time on type on a CL65 aircraft.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willing to work a flexible rotation schedule.
- Possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally unrestricted.
