About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Site Supervisor to join our team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our site facilities to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide positive leadership and guidance to a team of industrial janitors and floor professionals, setting high standards for cleanliness and customer service.
  • Facilities Management: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Assist with general cleaning tasks, including trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms and offices, and floor maintenance.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety processes are completed and compliant, and provide training to staff on safety procedures.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in floor care and cleaning services.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and to operate cleaning equipment and machinery.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 3 to 8 hours per shift.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
