We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team at BABSRON LOGISTICS INC. as a key member of our repair and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports and plan repair work accordingly.
- File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, maintaining a high level of precision.
- Apply primers and repaint surfaces, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
- Repair or replace interior components, ensuring a seamless finish.
- Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a perfect match.
- Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment, demonstrating expertise in this area.
- Client focus and excellent oral communication skills are essential for this role.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Permanent employment with a competitive compensation package.
- English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- 30-44 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule.
