Key Responsibilities- Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports and plan repair work accordingly.
- File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, guaranteeing a precise application.
- Apply primers and repaint surfaces to achieve a flawless finish.
- Repair or replace interior components, maintaining the vehicle's original condition.
- Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect match.
- Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment, restoring the vehicle's structural integrity.
- Client focus and excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Permanent employment with a competitive compensation package.
- English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
- Flexible working hours, with a minimum of 30 to 44 hours per week.
