Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate Repair Costs: Conduct thorough damage examinations to estimate repair costs and plan repair work accordingly.
  • Plan Repair Work: Develop a detailed plan for repair work, including the necessary materials and equipment.
  • Surface Preparation: File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Paint Application: Apply primers and repaint surfaces, using high-quality paint and equipment.
  • Interior Repair: Repair or replace interior components, including upholstery and trim.
  • Color Matching: Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect match.
  • Frame Repair: Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.
Requirements
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Demonstrate a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
