Culinary Services Supervisor

As a key member of our team at Shaw Restaurants Ltd., you will oversee the daily operations of our food service department. This role requires a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to optimize work schedules.
- Manage and direct the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their responsibilities, hygiene practices, and safety protocols.
- Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food items and services adhere to quality assurance standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Oversee the assembly of meal trays and the distribution of food carts.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking activities.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Physical tasks may include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Regular walking is required.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a changing environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
