Culinary Services Supervisor

The Executive House Suites Hotel is seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications- **Education**: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service management.
- **Setting**: The position is based in a dynamic restaurant and hotel environment.
- Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and engage in walking activities.
