Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Divine Furniture Rental Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked and accounted for.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including the receipt and dispatch of goods, and the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all inventory is in good condition and meets the required standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activity, including inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. The role will require the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
