Axelon Services Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain by planning, coordinating, and controlling inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Planning: Develop and implement optimal production plans to meet customer demands, taking into account production times, logistics, and inventory levels.
  • Master Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in SAP and JDA planning systems to enable effective rule-based planning.
  • Phase-in/Phase-out Process Execution: Manage the phase-in/phase-out process from a planning perspective, including lead monthly SOP supply reviews and defining/reviewing mid- and long-term supply plans.
  • Short-term Master Production Schedule (MPS): Plan, control, and maintain the MPS, balancing customer demands and inventory levels.
  • Allocation Proposals: Develop allocation proposals in case of order book exceeding capacity/available production slots or material availability.
  • Supply Chain Management: Proactively manage the supply chain, including scenario mapping, root cause analysis, and looking ahead to build allocations in case of constraints.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Commercial Supply Chain Deployed KPIs: Drive KPIs such as CSL-Availability, CSP, SRM, SRMS, and DPMA.

Stock Management:

  • Inventory as % of MAT Sales: Monitor and control inventory levels as a percentage of monthly average turnover (MAT) sales.
  • Excess and Aging Stock: Identify and address excess and aging stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Operational KPIs: Monitor and control operational KPIs such as factory CLIP, LAP, and PIPO (Phase-in & Phase-out).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 or more years of experience in a position or specialization.
  • Education: Associates/Bachelors or equivalent experience if applicable. Certification if applicable.
