About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely inventory transactions in our brewery warehouse and third-party warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for optimization, and provide recommendations to the supply planning team to minimize finished goods loss.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams and supply chain stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Lead the quarterly physical inventory count process and ensure accurate and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including warehouse teams, supply planning, and distribution finance.
  • Provide analytical support to the business to drive down full goods obsolescence and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong inventory management knowledge and experience with enterprise inventory control principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and direct individuals.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, and experience with data analysis and forecasting methods.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the beverage industry or consumer products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Business, or equivalent work experience.
