About the Role
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, People and Culture, and other team leaders. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Compose and edit correspondence, meeting minutes, briefing notes, agendas, and other high-level documents.
- Provide administrative support for team meetings, events, and programs.
- Manage budgets, submit expenses, and coordinate team activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the administration of employee-based platforms and systems.
Requirements
- High school graduation supplemented by post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise communication.
- Strong interpersonal, oral communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
