- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
