Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
