Project Coordinator Role

Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information using Autodesk Build and Microsoft Project.
  • Document control, RFI management, contract/change management, and shop drawing management.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, and ensure timely and accurate billings for project managers.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, consulting teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure common goals are achieved.
  • Participate in business development with internal team members to help grow the General Contracting division.
  • Manage, mentor, and train internal staff, and assist with estimating and tendering as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience coordinating projects in the ICI or Condo/Apartment Building industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
  • Impeccable integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Strong analysis and creative problem-solving skills, with experience with COR and Autodesk Build considered an asset.
