Job Title: Intermediate Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Project Engineer to join our team at Project Redirect Inc Of The Distric. As an Intermediate Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and construction of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the VP Project Development and other Iogen staff and contractors with the delivery of small to medium projects in Iogen's facilities in Ottawa.
  • Assist the VP Project Development with the development of large renewable energy projects that Iogen is pursuing.
  • Carry out project management tasks such as planning, cost estimating, reporting, contractor selection and contract management associated with the development and construction of renewable energy projects.
  • Represent iogen's interests in dealings with customers, clients, sub-contractors, or suppliers.
Requirements:
  • University degree in engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Professional Engineering designation or certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a project engineering/management function for capital projects.
  • Project management professional certification through the Project Management Institute is preferred.
