Job Description

Ultra Stone Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs and resources, and recommending appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
