Restaurant Operations Manager

AHA Indian Food Paradise Ltd. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and manage costs.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to work in a demanding environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
