About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at COM4BIKE CYCLING & SPORTS INC. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Integration Support: Support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, including facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
  • Recruitment: Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, and provide them with support and guidance to help them settle into their new role.
  • Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, ensuring that their qualifications are recognized and valued.
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees, providing them with guidance and support to help them succeed in their new role.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, providing them with guidance and support to help them succeed in their new role.
  • Cultural Competency: Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, and provide cultural competency training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Elder Support: Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers, providing them with cultural and spiritual support.
Support for Visible Minorities
  • Hiring Practices: Apply hiring practices that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, including anonymizing the hiring process.
  • Mentorship Programs: Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees, providing them with guidance and support to help them succeed in their new role.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
