Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at COM4BIKE CYCLING & SPORTS INC.

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising sales staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new staff, and managing sales operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure that sales operations are running smoothly.
  • Hire and train new sales staff, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Manage sales data and reports, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and promotions to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and sales operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales priorities.
