We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team at Holi Health. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Implement New Administrative Procedures
You will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Review and Evaluate Administrative ProceduresYou will review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Delegate Work to Office Support StaffYou will delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Procedures are FollowedYou will establish work priorities and ensure that all administrative procedures are followed to maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Carry Out Administrative Activities of the EstablishmentYou will carry out various administrative activities, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Administer Policies and Procedures Related to Record ReleaseYou will administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
Coordinate and Plan Office ServicesYou will coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Assist in the Preparation of Operating BudgetYou will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Train StaffYou will train staff on new procedures and policies to ensure that they are aware of their responsibilities and roles.
Oversee and Coordinate Office Administrative ProceduresYou will oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures to ensure that they are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor and EvaluateYou will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements- Education
College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Personal SuitabilityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions- Work Setting
Private sector.
Supervision1 to 2 people.
