Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Admissions to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this individual will play a crucial role in leading, developing, and managing our admissions team to achieve enrollment goals while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies related to student enrollment.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of talented admissions professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and referrals, contributing to the overall success of the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to monitor daily and weekly activities of the admissions team, ensuring alignment with enrollment objectives.
  • Conduct second-level interviews with prospective students, assessing their suitability for our programs and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Motivate and inspire the admissions team to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical practices and compliance.
  • Oversee the management of student inquiries, phone screens, and interviews, ensuring a positive and informative experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven success in sales or customer service roles.
  • 1 year of prior experience in post-secondary education admissions is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the educational admissions process and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and manage a team effectively.
