We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to join our team at Holi Health. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement New Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our admissions process.
  • Review and Evaluate Administrative Procedures: Regularly review and evaluate our administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Delegate Work to Office Support Staff: Supervise and delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Establish Work Priorities and Ensure Procedures are Followed: Establish clear work priorities and ensure that all administrative procedures are followed to maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Carry Out Administrative Activities of the Establishment: Perform a range of administrative activities, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating office services.
  • Administer Policies and Procedures Related to Record Release: Ensure that all policies and procedures related to the release of records are followed, in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and Plan for Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the Preparation of Operating Budget: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Oversee and Coordinate Office Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
