Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance to clients regarding leasing options.
  • Address customer leasing inquiries both over the phone and in-person.
  • Complete necessary documentation for customer buyouts and financing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Uphold product knowledge standards.
  • Schedule appointments and manage lease renewals.
  • Motivate and support sales staff to maintain high morale.
  • Demonstrate a management style that promotes enthusiasm and accountability.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations affecting service operations.
  • Represent the organization positively to all stakeholders.
  • Assist with client advisory programs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in dealership leasing or sales.
  • OMVIC Certification is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with dealer CRM systems is essential.
  • Experience in the retail automotive sector.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • High motivation and capability to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking and quick-thinking abilities.
  • Proficient with technology and external communications.
  • Willingness to foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Comfort with a performance-based compensation structure.
