Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through various leasing options available.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding leasing via phone and in-person at the dealership.
  • Process documentation for customer buyouts and financing.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with customers.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accounted for and organized.
  • Implement and uphold product knowledge standards.
  • Schedule appointments and manage lease renewals effectively.
  • Support and motivate sales staff to enhance team morale.
  • Exemplify a professional management approach that promotes enthusiasm and accountability.
  • Adhere to all relevant federal, provincial, and local regulations impacting service operations.
  • Comply with the laws and regulations set forth by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council.
  • Represent the company positively to clients and industry representatives.
  • Assist clients through the Service Drive Through program by providing options.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a dealership setting, specifically in leasing or sales.
  • OMVIC Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience with Dealer CRM systems is essential.
  • Background in the retail automotive sector is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • High energy and motivation with the capacity to work independently.
  • Strong multitasking and quick-thinking abilities.
  • Proficient with computers and external communications.
  • Willingness to foster a fun and engaging workplace atmosphere.
  • Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.
