About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lease Portfolio Manager to join our Sales and Service team at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a Lease Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in analyzing our current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing our guests into another lease contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing our guests into another lease contract.
  • Contact guests prior to lease-end to schedule a vehicle inspection of their current vehicle.
  • Work in conjunction with Product Advisors to review any specific questions, concerns, or special requests guests may have about entering into a new lease contract.
  • Present lease renewal options to our guests.
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
  • Assist in the overall sales process, including presenting features, options, benefits, etc. of new vehicle model(s) that our guests express interest in.
  • Work in conjunction with Financial Service Office managers to schedule successfully completed lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on current vehicle features to maintain a high standard of product knowledge about our new model vehicle line-up.
Requirements
  • Have an attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
  • Have strong computer knowledge and skills.
  • Be a quick learner and a team player.
  • Have strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset, and the ability to speak other languages is also considered an asset.
  • Have good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • Be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Have a valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.
