Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice to customers regarding leasing options.
2. Respond to customer inquiries about leasing both over the phone and in person.
3. Ensure all documentation is accurately accounted for.
4. Schedule appointments and manage the resale of leases nearing their conclusion.
Compliance:
Adhere to all applicable federal, provincial, and local regulations affecting service operations, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and waste disposal regulations.
Maintain strict compliance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada, including the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
Professional Representation:
Act as a positive representative of Performance Auto Group to all stakeholders, including accounts, press, and industry representatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a dealership environment, specifically in leasing or sales.
- Proficiency with dealer CRM systems.
- Background in the retail automotive sector.
- Comfortable with technology and external communications.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven compensation structure.
