SUMMARY:

The Lease Management Specialist will engage with existing clients nearing the end of their lease agreements. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service and exploring vehicle ownership options with clients who have brought their vehicles in for service. The specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough appraisals of vehicles and presenting valuation options to clients, as well as following up with them to generate opportunities for upgrading or selling their vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reviewing the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing contracts.
  • Contacting clients prior to lease expiration to arrange vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborating with Product Advisors to address any inquiries or specific requests from clients regarding new lease agreements.
  • Presenting lease renewal options effectively.
  • Assisting Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
  • Supporting the overall sales process by showcasing features and benefits of new vehicle models.
  • Coordinating with Financial Service Office managers to ensure successful lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Engaging in ongoing self-directed learning about current vehicle features to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Adhering to company safety policies and promptly reporting any incidents to management.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all organizational levels.
  • Previous sales experience; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to assimilate and understand information relevant to the role.
  • Capacity to make informed decisions consistent with job responsibilities.
