Insurance Account Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and matching them with appropriate insurance products and services.
- Work closely with the agent and senior representative to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.
- General and Life Licences or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A track record of persistence and sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- A good sense of humour and general positivity, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Salary plus unlimited commission income potential.
- Bonus opportunities based on individual and team accomplishments.
- Work/Life balance: A Hybrid model will be available after training is complete.
- Paid time off: 3 weeks' vacation, 3 days personal time, 5 days sick leave.
