Epiroc's Human Resources division is on an exciting path towards excellence and flexibility. This position is crucial to our Regional Centre of Excellence (RCoE) for the US/Canada, which serves as an HR shared service center for over 1500 dedicated professionals.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be instrumental in providing specialized knowledge and fostering high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from needs assessment to job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding, in line with Epiroc's global standards while collaborating closely with operational HR and management
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by effectively communicating our employee value proposition
- Employ various sourcing methods and tools to attract top talent
- Actively develop the talent pipeline using diverse sourcing strategies
- Ensure seamless onboarding processes tailored to regional requirements
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows, utilizing digital solutions and agile methodologies for enhanced efficiency
- Gain expertise in selected assessment tools
- Collaborate proactively with HR colleagues at local, regional, and global levels
- Contribute to the advancement of the HR Regional Centre of Excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a proven recruitment history
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is highly desirable
- Ability to manage an average of 20+ job requisitions
- Experience hiring across various domains including Field Service, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Production, Safety, and Quality
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Previous experience with personality assessment tools like Alva Labs is a plus
- Understanding of HR process digitalization and automation
- Proficient in various interview techniques (e.g., structured, competency-based, behavioral)
- Good knowledge of cloud-based HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors or similar, as well as Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Extensive experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
