About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 950347 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Manage the merchandising and inventory of the store, including ordering merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the store, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Setting: Retail service establishment, retail business, gas bar
  • Supervision: 5-10 people
  • Security and Safety: Bondable
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, dependability, excellent written communication
