Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, promoting a positive work environment
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a retail service establishment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
