Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at RK Pharmacy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure that the pharmacy is running efficiently and effectively.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the pharmacy and its services.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Oversee payroll administration and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- 5-10 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff and operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of point of sale systems, word processing software, and inventory control software.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, with regular exposure to customers and staff. The role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
