About this Opportunity:

Cenovus is seeking a skilled Operations Data Migration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for migrating and maintaining documentation associated with the Operations Safety & Training team and other areas within the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with our data management processes and tools to effectively address identified documentation.
  • Mentor personnel in the use of our data management systems and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of the organization to continually improve our data management process.
  • Be agile in an environment where priorities may need to be adjusted based on business requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve using defined practices.
  • Ensure consistent application of document management practices.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma.
  • Post-Secondary Administration training.
  • 3 years of experience in a Document management &/ Administrative position.
  • Familiarity with Oil and Gas related documentation and the significance of procedures to the safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
