We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Operations Specialist to join our team at Reesink Canada Holdings. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of equipment and supplies within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment, attachments, and accessories for delivery to sales staff, customers, or service shops, ensuring they are properly secured and inspected for safe transportation.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload equipment for customer and vendor shipments, adhering to company procedures and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the cleaning and servicing of vehicles and equipment, including minor repairs and painting as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and organized inventory staging area, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of equipment and supplies.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Receive new orders and equipment, ensuring they are properly received and inventoried, and create and file Bills of Lading for all shipments.
  • Facility Operations: Assist with other facility operation duties as needed, including maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in equipment operations, automotive, or industrial settings preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in loading and unloading equipment, securing loads for transport, and operating heavy equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, operate heavy equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment.
