About this opportunity:
A significant portion of this role will be the migration and ongoing maintenance of documentation associated with the Operations Safety & Training team and other areas within the Operations department as identified. This position has the potential to require working in a variety of different applications and on a variety of different areas of focus, so versatility and time management are key qualities. The ideal candidate will understand data management principles and familiarity with typical document classifications who can adapt to enterprise tools for the management of these documents.

Work Environment:
- This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area.
What you'll do:
- Familiarization with the data management processes and tools in a timely manner to effectively address the identified documentation
- Mentor personnel in the use of the tools and principles behind the data management systems
- Work collaboratively at all levels within the Organization towards the continual improvement of the data management process
- Be agile in an environment where priorities will need to be adjusted as dictated by business requirements
- Ability to work independently and problem solve using defined practices
- Ensure consistent application of document management practices
Who you are:
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
- High School diploma
- Post Secondary Administration training.
- 3 years in a Document management &/ Administrative position
- Familiarity with Oil and Gas related documentation and significance of procedures to the safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
