About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Shahi Drywall Contracting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of our site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered on time.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and management of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
