**SUMMARY**:
Responsible for supporting Project Management with: planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and general coordination responsibilities. The Project Coordinator’s role requires excellent time management skills, as deadlines are a regular occurrence. Additional responsibilities include: completion, coordination, and distribution of contractual-related documents, monitoring project completion schedules, and engaging with the results. Promotion of the company’s culture, core values, and vision is expected.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**These tasks are strictly an outline of essential duties & responsibilities; any other duties may also be assigned when required.**
1. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely adjustments and milestones are reported and communicated.
2. Ensure all project materials take-offs are done accurately and correctly, ready for purchasing.
3. Ensure subcontractors expectations are clearly laid out in purchase orders and/or subcontracts.
4. Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors ensuring risk and liabilities are minimized.
5. Assist with new project set-up.
6. Support and communicate productivities and estimate expectations.
7. Communicate customer issues and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
8. Assist in preparation of project budgets.
9. Assist in project quantity reporting, calculations, and regular progress billing.
10. Support project managers with change management responsibilities.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
12. Administrative support as needed.
13. Organizing, preparing, attending, and minute-keeping of stakeholder meetings.
14. Complete project tasks for Project Managers as required.

**REQUIRED CERTIFICATES / QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Post-secondary focus on a career in Civil Construction or related industry
- Project coordination experience will be an asset
- Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS**:
- Work overtime as required.
**PERFORMANCE REVIEW & OTHER COMMENTS**:
- Three (3) month probationary period.
- Annual performance review
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
