Job Title: Child Care Worker Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker Assistant to join our team at Najat El Aouni. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and growth of children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including daycare equipment and facilities.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that support children's development.
  • Lead activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Engage children in activities that promote social skills, emotional intelligence, and self-confidence.
  • Guide children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for meals and rest periods.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with early childhood educators and other team members.
