Your responsibilities will encompass various facets of the investment lifecycle, including comprehensive research, thorough due diligence, financial evaluation, and effective asset oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform initial assessments of potential investment opportunities
  • Analyze the financial health and strategic direction of target firms
  • Draft investment proposals and present findings to decision-making committees
  • Track the financial and operational metrics of portfolio entities
  • Assist in business growth efforts by keeping abreast of market developments and enhancing your professional connections

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is advantageous)
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience
  • Professional qualifications (CA, MBA, CFA, CBV) are preferred
  • Background in financial analysis, accounting, or investment banking
  • Strong grasp of financial statements and excellent analytical capabilities
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-performance environment and guide junior colleagues
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of French and other languages is a plus)
