Your role will encompass various facets of the investment lifecycle, including market research, comprehensive due diligence, financial assessment, and asset oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial evaluations of potential investment prospects
- Analyze the financial health and strategic positioning of target firms
- Develop investment proposals and present findings to decision-making committees
- Track the financial and operational metrics of portfolio entities
- Assist in business growth initiatives by remaining updated on market trends and enhancing professional connections
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is advantageous)
- 3-5 years of pertinent experience
- Professional credentials (CA, MBA, CFA, CBV) are preferred
- Background in financial analysis, accounting, or investment banking
- Strong grasp of financial statements and excellent analytical capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment and guide junior colleagues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software
- Fluency in English (knowledge of French and other languages is a plus)
