Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Producer to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and improve sales performance
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track key performance indicators
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • FOI License required (obtained within 3 months)
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree an asset
  • Proven sales and relationship-building skills with a strong negotiation and closing technique
  • Resilient team player with a positive attitude and a hunter mindset
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with a focus on proactively seeking and closing new business opportunities
