At Western Financial Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Producer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- FOI License (obtained within 3 months)
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree (an asset)
- Proven relationship builder with strong negotiation, selling, and closing techniques
- Resilient team player with a positive attitude and a hunter mindset
